We use various high-quality printing and embroidery techniques to achieve the best results:

- Transfer printing: Particularly suitable for individual designs.

Can I use my own design?
Yes, of course! You can provide us with your own design as a file (e.g. in .jpg, .png, .ai or .eps format). Our designers will be happy to check the design for suitability for printing or embroidery and support you in optimizing it if necessary.
Are there minimum order quantities?
Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the product and printing technique. As a rule No minimum order quantity per design. For individual requests, please contact us - we will always find a solution!
How long does production and shipping take?
The production time is usually 5-7 working days after approval of the design. They are then dispatched quickly and reliably. For express orders, please contact us - we will check whether faster processing is possible.
Can I order samples to check the quality?
Yes, we offer samples so that you can see the quality of our products and prints for yourself. Simply contact us and we will be happy to send you a sample.
What file formats do you need for printing or embroidery?
For best results, we recommend the following file formats:
- Print: .jpg, .png, .pdf, .ai or .eps (high resolution, 300 dpi)
- Embroidery: .emb, .dst or .eps (vector files)
If you are unsure, we will be happy to help you prepare your file.
Can I have just a single T-shirt printed?
Yes, we also offer individual prints, but these may incur higher costs. For single pieces we recommend the Transfer printingwhich is particularly suitable for short runs.
How do I care for printed or embroidered textiles?
To ensure the longevity of your printed or embroidered textiles, we recommend the following care tips:
- Wash the textiles at a maximum of 30°C.
- Turn the clothes inside out to protect the design.
- Do not use bleach and avoid the tumble dryer.
- Do not iron directly onto the print or embroidery.
Can I create my own online store for my organization?
Yes, we offer the possibility to individual online store for clubs, schools or companies. In this store you can offer printed or embroidered textiles and your members or employees can order directly. We take care of the printing, embroidery and shipping. Contact us for more information!
