Sublimation printing

Sublimation printing is a special process in which dyes are transferred directly onto the material without first being liquid.
A special printer is used that works with sublimation inks. This printer uses heat to sublimate the dyes,
i.e. from solid to gaseous. This gas phase penetrates the fibers of the material and then becomes solid again through cooling.
The result is a complete penetration of the color in the material, which enables a higher color intensity, durability and wash resistance.
Sublimation printing is often used for textile prints and promotional items. However, it is important to note that sublimation printing can only be applied to special
materials that are suitable for this technique, such as light-colored or white polyester or nylon fabrics.
